Title – How to achieve better patient outcomes start with data-driven site selection
Improving diversity and access in clinical trials can be improved with a robust, data-driven site identification and selection strategy. By using the site feasibility process to collect the right data upfront, including data around patient needs and burden, we can select the right investigators and sites that see the targeted patient population and improve patient outcomes. This presentation will discuss how to:
- Use pre-qualification surveys to understand patient burden and site capabilities
- Analyze and score potential trial sites on how well the selected sites align with diversity goals for different racial and ethnic populations
