Conal Burgess

Conal Burgess serves as President and Global Head, Enterprise Partnerships at Parexel. In this role he leads the division and our Sales and Commercial teams responsible for Parexel’s portfolio of large pharmaceutical customers. His broad understanding of the industry allows him to develop tailored solutions across all therapeutic areas, from Early Phase through Post-Approval. 

During his 30 years with Parexel, Conal has held various positions across the organization in Project Management, Finance, Account Management and Business Development, including leadership of Parexel’s Project Management and Commercial organizations. He previously provided oversight for our Enterprise Global Project Leadership function,  providing critical insights into all aspects of project execution and delivery to further enhance our customer strategy and sales approach. The primary focus of his career has involved the development of innovative, sustainable partnerships with large pharmaceutical companies. Prior to joining Parexel, Conal worked in hospital administration in Saudi Arabia.

Conal holds a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences Genetics and a Master's in Genetics from Trinity College in Dublin.
