Hina Saleem
Executive Director, Clinical Operations
Hina works with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for the Global Clinical Operations group, aligned to corporate goals and objectives. Hina also serves as the Team Lead responsible for managing the transition from a full-service model to functional service models on a large, global clinical enterprise account.
Work Experience
Hina joined Parexel in 2012 from Pfizer, where she was responsible for functional service provider oversight. She has more than 20 years of experience in the clinical research industry, having worked in CROs, large pharmaceutical companies, and academia. Her expertise spans various therapeutic areas, including clinical monitoring (e.g., risk-based and remote monitoring), clinical operations, project management, and program management.
Education
Hina holds a bachelor's degree in clinical psychology from Augusta State University. She is currently enrolled in a Master of Healthcare Business Administration program at George Washington University. Hina holds certificates in Leadership from the Women in Leadership Institute and The Partnership, Inc. Next Generation Executive Program.
