Jeff Barth

With nearly 15 years of experience supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, Jeff has consulted with many Fortune 500 and international companies in North America, Europe, India, and Southeast Asia, providing leadership training, workshops, strategy sessions, initiative development and roll out, and through speaking engagements.

Jeff is currently Director of Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Parexel, where he supports international workplace equality initiatives and strategy across a range of topics, including women in leadership, men's development and inclusion, LGBTQ+ and allies, diversity and unconscious bias training, and is an internal adviser across five steering and nine regional committees.

Formerly with Catalyst in NYC, Jeff was the Senior Director of MARC (Men Advocating Real Change) at Catalyst, an initiative and learning community designed especially for professional men and women who are committed to driving inclusion through cross-gender partnership. Jeff was principally responsible for the development, implementation, and marketing of MARC’s strategy and initiatives aimed at addressing the barriers that limit men’s participation, to provide a safe space to grapple with difficult issues in a judgement-free atmosphere, and to empower individuals to become leaders and powerful forces for change.
