Liam Paschall
Consultant
Liam specializes in design, development, and facilitation of education programs in corporate and community settings across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. He is a member of Parexel Pride and the North Americas Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, as well as Parexel’s Transgender Patient Advocacy Council.
Work Experience
An accomplished public speaker, Liam has extensive expertise in instructional design and facilitation of DEI content across the globe, and with the LGBTQ+ patient experience. Before joining Parexel, Liam was a regional manager in human resources with Cisco, leading a team of employees responsible for recruiting and hiring talent. He has served as a volunteer with the Crisis Text Line, American Red Cross, and Foundation of the World.
Education
Liam holds certification in diversity and inclusion from Cornell University (2020) and is certified in Design Thinking. He earned certification in advanced program management from Stanford University in 2017 and is a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma methodology.
