Lydia Morris
Clinical Research Psychologist
Lydia serves as a clinical research psychologist and investigator in early-phase clinical trials at the Parexel Los Angeles Early Phase Clinical Unit. Her areas of expertise include selecting and administering cognitive, psychiatric, and efficacy ratings; development of effective patient recruitment and retention strategy; patient-centric protocol design; and early detection of Alzheimer’s disease.
Work Experience
Lydia has extensive experience in geriatrics within the Los Angeles County community mental health system, with roles including provision of direct patient care, program development, and staff training. Her signature work involves developing unique service-delivery methods and conducting creative outreach with high-risk populations traditionally resistant to mental health treatment. She has a strong background in higher education and advocates for compassionate, authentic, values-drive life and work, and is a psychologist in private practice.
Education
Lydia holds a PhD in clinical psychology from Fuller Theological Seminary and an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Missouri.
