Michael Crowley

Mike Crowley is Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary of Parexel. In this capacity, he is responsible for the company's worldwide Legal, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Risk Management, Ethics and Compliance, and Corporate Governance functions.

Mike brings to Parexel extensive commercial and corporate legal experience, including commercial contracting, strategic alliances, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance and ethics and intellectual property. At Parexel his experience has included several key positions in the Legal & Risk Management organization, including oversight of legal support for the company’s commercial contracting and clinical operations organizations. Prior to joining Parexel, Mike was Vice President and General Counsel at Netezza Corporation, a publicly-traded technology company, and also held positions with CA, Inc. and Concord Communications, Inc.

Mike currently represents Parexel as Secretary of the Association of Clinical Research Organizations (ACRO). He received his J.D. degree from Northeastern University School of Law. Mike also holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Miami and a Master of Arts degree in European History from the University of Rhode Island.
