With academic training in pharmaceutical science, Moshin has more than 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with strong expertise in chemicals, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) compliance.

His background encompasses managing large regulatory outsourcing projects with global teams as well as building and overseeing governance models.

As director of regulatory affairs at Parexel, Moshin is responsible for ensuring consistency across projects, providing oversight to the project leadership team, and managing senior stakeholders internally and externally. His expertise covers the projects transition and implementation (in addition to change management models).
