Nicole Lu (路晓春)

Nicole Lu is the first member of the Patient Recruitment and Retention Strategy Group (PRSG) in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Her main objective is to develop patient recruitment and retention strategies in China and across APAC. Nicole joined Parexel in 2021 and is currently serving both the pre-sale and post-award teams. She has established strong connections with sponsors and partner vendors to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the clinical trial process.

Nicole has over 5 years of experience in the Clinical Research Industry and has managed PRR requests during this time. She has been involved in numerous studies that have supported patient recruitment deliveries and has gained valuable insights into oncology studies as well as other therapeutic areas. With her experience in both US-centric and China-centric patient recruitment services, Nicole is now exploring the establishment of Parexel solutions to engage with patients.
