Rajiv Gangurde, Ph.D.

Rajiv joined Parexel in 2022 as Vice President, Technical Operations, Cell and Gene Therapy, bringing more than 16 years of biopharmaceutical experience in CMC/technical operations for early- and late-stage development of biotherapeutics. His areas of expertise include bioprocess and analytical development for gene therapies and vaccines, including management and oversight of cGMP manufacturing of clinical trial material. Prior to Parexel, he has held multiple senior leadership positions, including Chief Technology Officer at SparingVision, Senior Director and Head of CMC at Voyager Therapeutics, Director of Biopharmaceutical Development at Genocea Biosciences and Head of Protein Sciences at LakePharma.

Education

Rajiv earned his PhD in Life Sciences from Mumbai University and completed his postdoctoral research at New Jersey Medical School and Harvard University.
