Sheri McCoy
Independent Director & former CEO and Director of Avon Products, Inc., Chairperson of the Board
Sheri McCoy serves as Chairperson of the Parexel Board of Directors. Sheri had a distinguished 30-year career at Johnson & Johnson, where she ultimately served as Vice Chair of the Executive Committee responsible for the company’s pharmaceutical and consumer businesses. Sheri also served as CEO of Avon, a global leader in personal care products. She currently serves on the boards of several industry-leading healthcare companies, including AstraZeneca, Galderma and Stryker. Sheri previously served as Chairperson of the Board for both Certara and Aldevron. She received her Bachelor of Science in textile chemistry from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth; a Master of Science in chemical engineering from Princeton University; and an MBA from Rutgers University.
