Tasha Disney

Tasha Disney is Senior Vice President and Global Head of Biotech Partnership Enablement & Alliance Management. She currently leads a cross-functional team responsible for strategic partnerships at Parexel Biotech. The partnership enablement team works directly with key accounts to determine what partnerships look like in each unique situation and develop the optimal governance, operating model, communications and change management methodology. Each partnership is ultimately led by an experienced alliance manager who is accountable for the health and delivery of the entire portfolio.

Work Experience

Mr. Disney has spent the majority of his career building, enhancing and differentiating lasting, thriving partnerships in the biotechnology sector and has over 22 years of experience in the CRO industry. Prior to joining PAREXEL in 2021, he spent 17 years at Quintiles Transnational and Quintiles (now IQVIA) and three years at Covance/LabCorp (now Fortrea).

Education

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology from Appalachian State University.
