Eligible employees
All active regular full-time or part-time employees who are scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in Parexel’s benefits program effective date of hire. In addition, all temporary employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible to enroll in medical coverage and an HSA. New hires have 30 days from their date of hire to enroll in Parexel benefits.
Eligible dependents
You may cover your eligible dependents under Parexel’s medical, prescription, dental, vision, and life benefits.
Your eligible dependents include:
- Legally married spouse (same or opposite gender)
- Your child(ren) and your covered spouse’s child(ren) up to age 26
- Disabled children who became disabled on or before age 26
