Jakki James

Jakki leads patient communications efforts for Parexel Medical Communications. With more than 20 years experience, she brings a strong understanding of integrated communications and the influence of the patient voice across the product lifecycle. Jakki’s portfolio includes branding, content development, website creation, translation, print delivery and production of high-impact regulatory-compliant communications. She earned a bachelor’s degree with honours from Anglia Ruskin University (UK) and a diploma in business from Northbrook/MET College (UK). Jakki has co-authored numerous articles and an award-winning poster for the International Society for Medical Publication Professionals (ISMPP).
