Peter Genakos

Peter is responsible for strategizing, leading, and managing Parexel’s global SSU function to ensure the delivery of accelerated, high-quality study startup. He focuses on operational excellence, controlling project budgets, and direct client interactions for new and established relationships using talent management methods that enable employee development and retention. 

Work Experience

Peter has wide-ranging experience in clinical trials, clinical development, and clinical data management. Before joining Parexel in 2019, Peter managed business units at Invicro, a Konika Minolta Company, to drive operating performance while meeting expectations for patient safety, quality, compliances, and employee engagement. His previous employment includes tenure at Everest Clinical Research, Covance, Sanofi, and Merck, where he was executive director, Global Clinical Development Operations.

Education

A graduate of Rutgers University, Peter holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School.
