Greg Rush

Greg Rush is Chief Financial Officer of Parexel. He brings to the company more than 30 years of experience leading global financial operations within the CRO and service industries.

Prior to joining Parexel, Greg served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Syneos Health, Inc. (formerly INC Research) where he oversaw the company’s global financial operations, including Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Budgeting, Mergers and Acquisitions and Financial Planning as well as its Information Technology function.

Previously, Greg was Senior Vice President and CFO of Tekelec, a leading high-tech solutions and service provider acquired by Oracle. He also held positions of increasing responsibility at Siebel Systems, Quintiles (now IQVIA), PricewaterhouseCoopers and EY.

In his roles, Greg has demonstrated repeated success in developing innovative financial management strategies, strong capital structures, high levels of operational support and sound corporate governance. He has experience in both private and public capital markets, completing more than 50 debt and equity financing transactions, including private equity transactions, initial public offerings (IPOs) and secondary offerings.

Greg is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of Enhabit Home Health & Hospice (NYSE: EHAB), a leading national home health and hospice provider.
