Hi. I am Susan Kammerman, Worldwide Head of Medical Communications at Parexel. I'm very proud of our Med Com team; they are truly so talented and thoughtful, and fun. They're experts in bringing together real-world insights, therapeutic area expertise, creative thinking, and a profound knowledge of our industry so that we provide true strategic support for our clients, of course, always keeping patients at the center of all we do. All of us have been a patient or cared for one at some point in our lives. Personally, I'm a cancer survivor and can thank a good friend who took part in a clinical trial that helped investigators get the best care to patients like me. Patients and caregivers are people first, people who need a voice. Understanding that voice and incorporating it into all we do helps us to better collaborate with our clients to create innovative solutions designed to engage all stakeholders across a product's entire life cycle.
